Reports to General Manager Legal
Job Purpose Responsible for taking trademark search/ filing forms with TM Registry/ drafting notices, replies and appearing/handling cases with TM Registry or courts in respect of IPR/ trademark matters and other company matters.
Job description To Look after Trade Marks related matters such as search, filing the Trade Marks, Oppositions, follow up with the registry and attend hearings before Registrar/courts.
Drafting/ vetting of various agreements/ documents and appearing before various courts.
To co-ordinate and follow up with departments at H.O and the Branches on routine legal matters, consumer complaints and ensure compliance with relevant local legislations.
To liaison with external counsels/ advocates and manage, track and give periodic report on the status of various legal proceedings by and against the Company to the management.

Education /Experience LLB
