Optimize BEAT Planning and coverage plan of distributor.
Coach and guide team for better performance.
Implement sales call process
Measure and influence different S&DKPIs.
46 years of Industry experience in FMCG organization having strong system & process.
Experience in handling multi category business
Has worked across GT channels ( Grocers / Key accounts etc)
High Drive for result.
Must be able to travel regularly.
